What Is Colorpuncture?
A first orientation — written plainly, claiming nothing.
In one paragraph
Colorpuncture is a practice in which coloured light is applied to specific zones of the skin using a hand-held instrument with coloured glass rods. It was developed by the German naturopath Peter Mandel from the 1970s onward, as part of the larger body of work he called Esogetics. Practitioners train through structured courses, study printed manuals, and work within a detailed system of zones and sequences developed over decades.
What this platform will and will not tell you
- It will help verified students study the system they are being taught, keep their own notes, and document their developing practice.
- It will not make claims about what Colorpuncture treats or achieves. Questions of effect belong to practitioners, teachers and the wider conversation around the field — not to a study platform.
- It will not teach you Colorpuncture by itself. Training happens with qualified instructors; this environment supports that training and what follows it.
