What an application collects, why, and what happens to it.

reviewed and settled this notice.
What is collected, and why
- Your name, email, instructor, training status, course claims, and your reason for applying — the minimum needed to review who you are as a student of this work.
- Nothing else is asked for and nothing else should be sent: no date of birth, address, phone number, photographs, identity documents, payment details — and never health information or anything about clients.
- A minimized technical record (a hashed network identifier) exists solely for abuse prevention.
Who sees it, and what happens
- The platform administrator reviews applications; your course claims may be checked with the instructor you named.
- Approval creates a member account holding your application details; course access is a separate, instructor-verified decision.
- Declined or withdrawn applications are retained for a limited period (180 days) and then become eligible for deletion, which is an explicit, audited administrative act.
- To correct or withdraw an application, use the contact route on the About page; decision history is kept as non-sensitive audit events.

A plain description of practice, not a claim of regulatory compliance — the operator reviews the legal posture before intake opens.
