What an application collects, why, and what happens to it.

What is collected, and why

Your name, email, instructor, training status, course claims, and your reason for applying — the minimum needed to review who you are as a student of this work.
Nothing else is asked for and nothing else should be sent: no date of birth, address, phone number, photographs, identity documents, payment details — and never health information or anything about clients.
A minimized technical record (a hashed network identifier) exists solely for abuse prevention.

The platform administrator reviews applications; your course claims may be checked with the instructor you named.
If an application is approved, you can then sign in with Google using the same email and your member account is created; it holds your application details. Course access is a separate, instructor-verified decision.
Declined or withdrawn applications are retained for a limited period (180 days) and then become eligible for deletion, which is an explicit, audited administrative act.
To correct or withdraw an application, email chris@learncolorpuncture.org; decision history is kept as non-sensitive audit events.
